1. Data controller
The data controller is the owner of this website, whose full identification details are set out in the legal notice.
2. Data processed, purposes and retention period
2.1 Data processed. To request information or to contact the Owner, certain data must be provided by completing the forms made available, which indicate which fields are mandatory.
While browsing, data such as the IP address assigned by your provider or certain social profiles associated with the user may be provided.
2.2 Purposes.
- Contact: the email address or telephone number provided for contact will be used to give an effective reply to the questions raised.
- Demo/partner request: we request the data strictly necessary to carry out the subsequent commercial follow-up of the proposal.
2.3 Retention. The retention period is as follows:
- Contact: the data will be processed to handle the reply or the request for information, and will be deleted once the reply has been sent.
- Demo request: the data will be processed for a period of one year from receipt, unless the products and/or services are subsequently contracted.
3. Legal basis for processing
For processing arising from making contact, the legal basis for processing the data provided is the consent given by the user, which may be withdrawn at any time.
For demo or partnership requests, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or, at least, the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract.
4. Recipients and disclosures
As a general rule, the data processed will not be disclosed to third parties, and no international transfers of data will be made to territories outside the European Union.
The Controller may rely on providers that offer adequate guarantees and with which a data processing agreement will have been signed, in order to carry out the processing described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Exercising your rights
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data or object to its processing, in which case we will retain it only for the exercise or defence of legal claims.
